Structure and Principle 

The motor is driven by the fluid coupling and helical gearpair. The drum rotates at high speed around the axis line. Thedisc rack in the drum is full of discs, which effectivelyincreases the equivalent settlement area. The feed liquid flowsfrom the upper central feeding pipe to the bottom of the drum,and then flows to the drum wall through the diversion holeunder the disc seat. Under the centrifugal force field, the solidsheavier than the liquid are deposited on the drum wall to formsediment. Under the control of the sliding drum, the drum isdischarged through the slag outlet, The light Huai flows alongthe outer (upper) cone of the conical disc facing the axis to theupper light liquid centripetal pump, which is discharged fromthe light liquid outlet. The heavy liquid flows upwards towardsthe drum wall along the inner (lower) cone of the disc and thenflows upwards to be discharged from the heavy liquid outlet bythe heavy liquid centripetal pump。
