Structure and Principle

This separator is a high-speed separator with strong separation capacity. It is composed of the body, transmission device, drum, liquid collection tray and liquid inlet bearing housing. The upper part of the drum is a flexible main shaft, and the lower part is a damping floating bearing. The main shaft is connected to the buffer of the connection seat and the driven wheel. The motor transmits power to the driven wheel through the transmission belt and the tensioning wheel, thus making the drum rotate at high speed around its own center of gravity and forming a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected into the bottom liquid inlet. The centrifugal force forces the material liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum, and Stratification occurs due to the density differences of different components in the feed liquid. For the GF type, the liquid phase with higher density forms an outer ring, while the liquid phase with lower density forms an inner ring. The liquid flows to the upper part of the drum and is discharged from their respective liquid outlets. A trace amount of solid deposits on the drum wall and is manually removed after the machine stops.

For the GQ type, solid particles with higher density gradually deposit on the inner wall of the drum to form a sediment layer. After the machine stops, it is manually discharged. The clarified liquid phase flows to the upper part of the drum wall and is discharged through the liquid outlet. The swing centrifuge is developed on the basis of the original closed body. After the separation is completed, the body cylinder can be rotated clockwise by 90 degrees, and the drum can be pulled out horizontally and placed on the movable operation table to remove the solid phase. This machine overcomes the drawback of high labor intensity of large models. It is convenient to use and operates smoothly. It is convenient for female workers to operate and also for the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.
