Main features

Main uses

Structure and Principle

The motor drives the drum through a clutch spiral gear pair to rotate at ahigh speed around the axis. The disc holder in the drum is filled with discs.which fully increases the equivalent settling area. The liquid material flows fromthe upper central feeding pipe to the bottom of the drum, and flows out towardsthe rotating wall through the lower edge of the disc holder. Under thecentrifugal force field, the dense solid particles in the liquid material sinktowards the drum wall, which is controlled by the sliding drum, lt can bedischarged through the slag outlet. The liquid phase fully settles through thedisc and moves towards the center and is discharged out of the machine by acentripetal pump.
