Structure and Principle

The centrifuge consists of two rotors, one called a drum.and the other rotor is a screw discharger (referred to as ascrew).When the drum rotates at a high speed, the materialsin the drum rotate together with the drum and are subjected toa centrifugal force that is many times greater than gravity. Inthis way, solid particles will be separated from the liquid andsettle onto the inner wall of the drum from the centrifuge drumshaft. The spiral located in the drum rotates at a speed lowerthan(planetary differential)or higher than (cycloidaldifferential) the drum and pushes the deposited solid particlesto the slag outlet, The differential rotational speed between theouter drum andthescrew dependson the primary andsecondary rotational speeds and the transmission ratio of thedifferential.
