Structure and Principle

The Gk horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is a fullyautomatic controlled horizontal intermittent operation filtercentrifuge.This machine has manualand automaticoperation modes, and the time of each filtration process canbe freely changed to meet the process requirements ofdifferent materials, achieving a lower moisture content of thefilter residue. After the motor drives the drum of this machineto reach full speed or the set feeding speed, the feedingvalve opens, and the feed liquid enters the centrifuge drumthrough the feeding pipe. The solid phase is intercepted bythe filter cloth and other materials in the drum, while the liquidphase is centrifugal thrown out through the filter cloth andsmall holes on the drum wall, and flows out of the machinethrough the outlet pipe below the casing. After the feedmeets the requirements,washing,dehydration and otherprocess requirements are carried out, and then the scraperrotates to discharge the filter cake from the dischargehopper.

Application scope 

The Gk series horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is mainly used for the separation of medium and fine particle suspensions in the chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceutical and other industries. Such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, polyvinyl chloride, etc.
