Feeding system

Automatic control feeding is adopted. The centrifuge isequipped with a material detection device. When the materialdetection device detects that the amount of material addedto the centrifuge reaches the set amount, the signal is fedback to the PLC in the main control cabinet. ThePLCcompletes the work of closing the feed pump and valve.thereby realizing automatic quantitative feeding, and thequantity can be adjusted (different amounts of feed can alsobe completed).

Skimming device 

1. Equipped with two sets of devices for light liquid skimmingand heavy liquid skimming.

2.Electric cylinder skimming device is adopted, equippedwith a combination of mechanical limit and electronicsignal detection to ensure the accuracy of the position ofthe skimming pipe; Cooperate with PLC program controlto accurately control the stroke of the skimming pipe. Thelight liquid skimming pipe is started through mechanicallimit and signal detection.After 5-10 seconds(configurable),the heavyliquid skimming device isstarted. After completion of skimming, the skimming pipeautomatically resets and enters the next process. Thismachine is equipped with automatic and manualoperation conversion knobs, and automatic and manualcontrol can be selected as required.

Insulation configuration (optional)

1. The housing of the host machine is processed in the form of aspacer, and a stainless steel coil is provided inside the jacket. Aheat source (hot water or steam)is introduced into the coil toachieve thermal insulation.

2.Supply of heat source: Our company can configure a liquid heatingautomatic temperature control container and a pipeline pump toconnect the water inlet pipe on the centrifuge jacket to the pipelinecentrifugal pump and automatic temperature control container.thereby realizing the supply of heat source. Through the abovedevice, the hot water in the container can be circulated in theautomatic temperature control container and the centrifuge coil.Thereby playing the role of heating and heat preservation.

3.The upper part of the centrifuge is equipped with a metalthermometer, which can measure the temperature in the cavity ofthe centrifuge and set the temperature. When the temperaturereaches the set value (the set value can be set freely), the signal istransmitted to the PLC before the centrifuge can be started.
