Structure and Principle 

The PSF800-NC flat plate direct connection fully flippedshell centrifuge is designed based on the requirements ofGMP standards onthe basis ofordinary flat platecentrifuges.The transmission adopts adirect motorconnection method, and the casing is opened manually orelectrically,which is conducive to cleaning the materialcontact area and more suitable for production with frequentproduct batch replacement.

This model of centrifuge belongs to intermittentoperation filtration equipment. The material is added intothe drum through the feed pipe, and under the action ofcentrifugal force, the solid phase is intercepted by the filtermedium inside the drum, The liquid phase is dischargedthrough the pores of the filter medium outside the drum,and then collected outside the machine through the outletpipe.

This model has asmall opening and full flippingmethod,which facilitates the comprehensive cleaningreplacement of filter bags, and unloading of the centrifuge.
