Main features

1. The structural design is reasonable, effectively eliminatingsanitary dead corners,and the structure is smooth andsmooth. The surface is polished. 4.The shell flap can be equipped with a large flap or a smallflap according to the model. The cover can be equippedwith a feed pipe,a washing pipe,an observation port, alamp port, and a spray system. A nitrogen protection devicecan also be equipped to ensure that the centrifuge chamberis isolated from external air.

5.The direct-connected special motor eliminates the dust thatmay be caused by belt transmission. The frequencyconverter starts smoothly, consumes energy for braking, andhas a good sealing performance.It can meet therequirements of sealing and waterfall prevention, and can beused in toxic, flammable, and explosive situations. A nitrogenprotection device can also be equipped to ensure that thecentrifuge chamber is isolated from external air.

Structure and Principle

The PS-NC fat plate direct-connected fiter centrifuge is mainlycomposed of a drum, which is driven by a direct-connected motor to rotateat high speed around its own axis, forming a centrifugal force field. Theseparated suspension is brought into the drum from the top feeding pipeand under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown towards the drum wallThe liquid phase passes through the filter screen on the drum wall, and thefilter hole is thrown into the casing space. lt collects in the liquid collectingchamber at the bottom of the machine body, and is discharged through thedischarge pipe, while the solid phase remains inside the filter cloth. lfwashing is necessary, the washing water is added to the washing pipe forwashing.Solids are manually discharged from the top。
