Main features

Adopting automatic control feeding.The centrifuge isequipped with a material detection device. When the materialdetection device detects that the amount of material added tothe centrifuge reaches the set quantity, the signal is fed back tothe PLC in the main control cabinet. The PLC completes the workof closing the feed pump and valve, thereby achieving automaticquantification,and the quantity can be adjusted(or differentquantities of feed can be completed) for feeding work.Adopting an electric cylinder skimming device, equippedwith a combination of mechanical limit and electronic signaldetection to ensure the accuracy of the skimming pipe position,Cooperate with PLC program control to accurately control thestroke of the skimming pipe. And the light liquid skimming pipe isstarted through mechanical limit and signal detection. After 5-10seconds (configurable), the heavy liquid skimming device starts.After the skimming is completed,the skimming pipeautomatically resets and enters the next process.
