Structure and Principle

The main motoris controlled byvariable frequency speedregulation and starts smoothly. The force is transmitted to the drumthrough a narrow V-shaped belt ignited by a static resistor, causing itto rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a centrifugal forcefield. The material enters the drum containing the filter bag through theupper feeding pipe, and the centrifugal force forces the material to beevenly distributed on the drum for centrifugal filtration. The liquidpasses through the gap between the filter bag and the small hole onthe drum wall and is thrown into the shell cavity, passing through thedischarge port, while the solid material is retained in the filter bag, Afterstopping the machine, open the shell cover and lift it out of the machineto the discharge location for unloading; Equipped with a washing tube,it can wash materials.
