Structure and Principle

PGZ-L type flat plate shaking bag scraper lower dischargecentrifuge is a new type of centrifuge designed to solve theproblems of centrifuge discharge and filter cloth regeneration.The operation process of the centrifuge is controlled by using afrequency conversion speed regulation PLC program to controlenergy consumption braking.When the centrifuge is rotating athigh speed, the material to be separated is added from the upperfeed pipe of the machine. Under the action of the centrifugal forcefield, the material is evenly distributed on the drum wall for liquidseparation.The liquid phase is thrown into the casing through thefilter cloth and the drum wall hole, and discharged through theliquid outlet pipe, while the solid phase is trapped in the drum.When the material is filled up, stop feeding, and perform liquidremoval and filter cake washing for the material. Filter out thefiltrate and washing liquid, and dry the filter cake. After the filtercake meets the separation requirements, the drum slows down,the scraper enters and scrapes the material, and the filter cake isdischarged from the discharge port at the bottom of the drum.The scraper return centrifuge slows down and stops, and thepneumatic pulling device quickly moves up and down to shakethe filter cloth, shaking off the residual material layer on the filtercloth,thereby achieving complete removal of filter cake andachieving regeneration of the filter cloth.
